BRAWL is the recipient of a grant from United Spay Alliance to offer free spay/neuter services to community cats in Patrick County. Cats selected for this program will receive a spay/neuter surgery, rabies vaccination, ear-tip, and a one-month flea treatment at no cost to the caretaker. If you are interested in this service, please complete the spay/neuter inquiry form by clicking here and someone will contact you. Note: you must be willing to bring the cat in a trap or carrier to Rotary Field in Stuart on the designated surgery day.
We want to provide Kongs to entertain the dogs
in the kennels while they wait for a forever home.
We fill them with smooth Peanut Butter. If you would like to donate Peanut Butter for the dogs it should be smooth not chunky,
and must not contain Xylitol as that is toxic for dogs, the brand does not matter. Click here for more info on how to donate.

Dog adoption fee is $10 and includes a voucher for free spay/neuter.
- Adoption of dogs is open to residents of Carroll, Patrick, Floyd, Franklin and Henry County, VA
- Dogs that have been spayed/neutered are available for adoption to any location including out of state residents (adoption conditions apply).
If you are interested in a dog but live outside the adoption area, contact your local rescue and ask them to 'pull' the dog for you so that you can adopt it from them.
